Then his prose including his unfinished History of England and his writings on divorce - his advocation was personal, having been left by his wife and unable to divorce. Boards have light rubbing and marking. Chip to label on volume one. Prelims are foxed, chiefly in volume one. But contents are clean and prim elsewhere. Binding is sound and square. Good+ condition.
